This will be available for $200 with a new agreement, after rebates. The BlackBerry Tour smartphone lets users surf the web, download music and stream videos, thanks to its splendidly fast 3G network speeds. Once on sale, this device will be up for sale in more than 200 countries across the world, with email and web browsing in over 175 data destinations.
