ZTE Introduces Its New ZTE e810, Also Appears As Vodafone 1230+/1231+
ZTE takes a bow yet again. The FCC includes the ZTE e810 in its latest list of mobile phones. This new smartphone has a QWERTY-style keyboard for ease of typing out a message and offers connectivity via tri-band GPRS and EDGE support, 1.3MP camera, microSD slot for extended memory and runs on a powerful 1100 mAh battery.
The ZTE e810 is not a touchscreen mobile, but it is powered by Windows Mobile and supports Bluetooth and GPS. Strangely enough, this mobile phone has also been spotted in the Vodafone site in the avatar of the Vodafone 1230+/1231+.
Interestingly, this phone, though high-end looking, is not a 3G phone and does not support Wi-Fi. Appearances are deceptive, what say? Anyways, the ZTE e810 is said to be hitting the American mobile market soon enough. So let us wait and watch what happens next.
