Live photos of the new BlackBerry Storm 9530

Just announced BlackBerry Storm has been spotted and Rich Brome from Phone Scoop has spent a time with this new handset. According to Rich’s words the new BlackBerry is not large, thick, or heavy but pocket-friendly. It’s build quality is excellent, in comparing with an iPhone it is shorter but larger than the Curve.

The display has 12% more pixels than the iPhone which are also able to make more details and bring clear and crisp experience. Touchscreen technology also works very well on the whole display which is one huge a physical button.

On the front are also 4 buttons: menu, back, send and end which are easy-to-use as well as easy-to-find. There are mute and lock buttons on the top. For storage, this handset offers microSD card slot for up to 16GB as well as 1 GB of phone memory.

Unfortunately, this phone is missing the Wi-Fi which is last times very wanted, but company argues with the 3G support. Our Japanese and Korean friends will also enjoy the new Storm thanks to its GSM/EDGE and HSDPA 2100 data support.
