Granted that the Palm OS has evoked mixed reactions, but all said and done, we are sure you would love to own just about any smartphone, regardless of the OS, which costs you under $200, is unlocked, and has interesting design as well. The Palm Pre has taken the market by storm, but the cute li’l Centro is the very one that popularized the concept of low-end, affordable smartphones.
Now the Palm Centro is on sale, yet again, maybe the last batch in its current avatar. It also comes in two wonderful new colors, Ruby Red and Cobalt Blue. Previously, it was available only in Glacier White. Pick it up if you fancy the price, but also know that this one might just go into oblivion in the next few months or so. The choice is entirely yours to make….

Palm Centro
We all know that Palm Centro smartphones are truly super-smart and can be your ideal companion on your trips practically all over the world. Centro’s connectivity is absolutely amazing and lets you connect easily to anyone residing in any part of the world. But greater convenience also implies more chances of damage to the product itself. So how do you safeguard your lovely Centro from destruction, environmental and otherwise? Just chill, you guys. The OtterBox saves the day. The latest Defender Series line, the OtterBox 1923 is made especially for your Palm Centro and guards it against most forms of damage, such as dirt, dust, scratches and even drops.
The sleek OtterBox 1923 offers three layers of protection. The thermal formed protective layer safeguards the keyboard and screen from dust, dirt and scratches. The hi-impact polycarbonate second shell snaps shut over the entire device. The third silicon skin layer absorbs shocks and bumps. Of course, the OtterBox does not make your handheld submersible; so do keep it away from water.
The OtterBox Defender Series also offers a case for Trimble Juno SB and Juno SC handhelds. It works the same way as above; protecting the device from damage, while in no way distorting picture clarity and transmission.
