VIDEO: Nokia E72 Shows Up On Nokia And YouTube Web Site

The yet to be announced Nokia E72 has shown up on both the YouTube and Nokia Conversations websites. The E72 seems to be the next successor of the E71/71x mobile phones. It has a full QWERTY keyboard for messaging. There are not many details about the other specs, the video clearly shows a 3.5mm headset jack, 5MP camera and user-facing camera too.

Our guess is that this phone has shown up quite by accident on these websites. Anyways, watch the video and enjoy yourself!

Nokia E71x Is Now On Sale From AT&T

AT&T’s customized remix of Nokia’s wonderful E71 Eseries mobile phone, the E71x, is now finally available for sale directly from the carrier’s website. The pricing is very affordable indeed – this comes at a mere $99.99 on contract after rebate, which seems like a steal for a device with this level of good looks and utilities.

Of course, this will require you to be satisfied with S60 3.2, but if you can get past that, you’ve got this gorgeous all-metal shell, full QWERTY, HSDPA, 3.2 megapixel cam, and WiFi, just waiting to be picked up.

AT&T Might Push Back Nokia E71x Release

The latest buzz in mobile town is that there has been a bug in the much-anticipated Nokia E71x’s firmware, which involves email, which was one of the most important factors of this device. Considering this problem, AT&T has had to push back the launch of this mobile phone, while it desperately tries to fix the irritating bug.

Really sad. The Nokia E71 has been doing its round all through North America since July 2008 and this AT&T version of the smartphone has been hyped only too much. Our deepest sympathies to all you Symbian fans out there, tut tut.

Anyway, the silver lining here is that the delay may come with a price break – probably it would cost only about $149.99 on contract after rebate launch. Of course, this is only a rumor. But that will not stop us from hoping for the best. Are you listening, AT&T?
