VIDEO: Pantech Matrix Review

Pantech’s Matrix is dual-sliding QWERTY phone with a 1.3 megapixel camera, 2.2 inches 262k color TFT display with 176×220 pixel resolution, built-in aGPS, Bluetooth with A2DP and 3G HSDPA capability. Live photos + high-res pictures of Pantech Matrix

Pantech Matrix has been announced together with other QWERTY phones exclusively for AT&T. We already published a video review of this new dual-slider with a keypad sliding down and a QWERTY keyboard sliding from the side of the Matrix. For now, we found some extra pictures in high resolution + couple of live photos.

The handset will be launched in the end of this month and will come with: 2.2 inches 262k color TFT display with 176×220 pixel resolution, a 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth with A2DP, 45MB of memory + microSD card support, and built-in a-GPS support. This all for 79.99 USD with a 2-year agreement and rebate.

AT&T attacks – introduces AT&T Quickfire, Pantech Slate, Pantech Matrix and Samsung Propel

AT&T boosts its position in mobile market and brings 4 new QWERTY mobile phones dedicated to messaging lovers. AT&T Quickfire, Pantech Slate, Pantech Matrix or Samsung Propel, each of these new handsets can provides a great messaging solution its user.

The AT&T Quickfire is an one-way slider supporting AT&T’s 3G network. It features Napster Mobile and eMusic Mobile. Users may choose from 3 different colour designs: orange, lime and silver for $99.99 after a 2-year agreement and rebates.

Another model, the Pantech Slate is thinnest QWERTY handset available today and in a candybar form factor it has a 1.3 megapixel camera, IM, Bluetooth, and Mobile Email. It will be available for $49.99 after a 2-year agreement and mail-in rebate.

It will be available in blue, green, red, and white with red for $79.99 after a two-year agreement and mail-in rebate.

The last 3 mobile phones will be available in the end of this month while the AT&T Quickfire is expected to be available in November.
