Kyocera Wireless known most for offering modest phone devices has announced its first GSM phone E3500 which seems like strategic jump in GSM markets that aims to capture a handfull of GSM customers. The phone will be available in Latin America, where a number of CDMA service providers has recently switched to GSM networks. This actually will kick start the sales in north American region for solid market for its growth.
E3500 is a quad-band phone which give talk time of eight hours with 500 hours of standby. Kyocera which had a repution of making phones for just voice functionality has really stepped in for designing high end phones like E3500 which has few very good features relates to music and camera. E3500 supports music with MP3 and video record/playback. E3500 has dual color displays, with a 1.3-megapixel camera, expandable memory and Bluetooth. The handset also includes Internet WAP 2.0, USB and microUSB, Bluetooth 1.2, Stereo Bluetooth, and HeadSet Jack (2.5mm).

Virgin Mobile USA has added its newest handset, the TNT! by Kyocera Wireless which was announced a month ago is now available with flexible monthly plans and no annual contract. TNT! stands for Talk N’ Text, and that’s all what its owners can do with it. TNT! is meant for users who are not interested in hard core technology handsets but yet very solid and reliable handset. TNT! is largely an entry level set for consumers who have just jumped in mobile world. However its elegant design and an acceptable price tag of $20 is good to go.
TNT! which is a clamshell phone measures only 3.5″ x 1.8″ x 0.6″ and weighs 3 ounces. The phone also has an external display which was quite famous few years back. With a 200 min talk time and 5 days standby battery the TNT! has few very exciting games along with download able real and animated ringtones. The phone is already available.

KDDI Corporation, Japanese telecommunications company, today announced that will launch new Kyocera W64SA CDMA 1X WIN handset tomorrow, July 26. The W64SA manufactured by Kyocera features 2.8″ widescreen IPS TFT LCD display with 480 × 800 resolution and 26 million colors, 1.99 CMOS megapixel camera with auto focus, 2GB microSD memory card slot support and Bluetooth, in 50 × 107 × 17.2mm (thickness of the top division 21 mm). Weighing 122g the Kyocera W64SA provides 250 minutes of talk time and 240 hours of standby time. Customers may choose from 4 color variants: pink, white, yellow or black. Pricing was not announced and of course, the phone is for Japanese users.
