Telefonica and RIM introduce the BlackBerry Bold in Spain

After launches in USA, UK, India and Indonesia it’s time for Spain to launch the BlackBerry Bold. Telefonica and Research In Motion have announced the launch of the BlackBerry Bold smart phone in Spain. New BlackBerry is increasingly popular for its integrated GPS that supports a wide range of location-based applications and services.

BlackBerry Bold comes packed with many features that have never been on any BlackBerry phone in the past. Featuring a 2 megapixel camera BlackBerry Bold  is crafted from premium materials and comes in a luxurious black exterior. It supports tri-band HSDPA high-speed networks and comes with integrated Wi-Fi.

BlackBerry Bold has a stunning display of 480×320 resolution at 217 ppi, and a newly designed full-QWERTY keyboard. It features 624MHz mobile processor, 128MB flash memory plus 1GB on-board storage memory, and microSD/SDHC. Larger than its predecessors yet it is still lightweight enough. Telefonica has not  revealed prices and availability yet but we should expect this phone next month.

Vodafone and Airtel bring BlackBerry Bold to India

India is known as the most exciting and fast growing mobile market with huge growth potential, that is why RIM has tied up with many Indian carriers to launch its BlackBerry solutions to strengthen its position in India. The newest development is that Airtel and Vodafone have introduced the highly anticipated BlackBerry Bold smart phone to customers in India. Both carriers have included this device in their current  line up to offer outstanding performance and powerful communications to their subscribers.

BlackBerry Bold  embodies elegant design and it is the first smart phone to support tri-band HSDPA high-speed networks around the world. BlackBerry Bold will be available at Rs.34,990 for both Airtel and Vodafone subscribers and is expected to be available by the end of September 2008 at Airtel and Vodafone Stores and authorized channels nationally.

Orange and RIM introduce the BlackBerry Bold in Romania

Orange and Research In Motion (RIM) has announced the launch of the new 3G-enabled BlackBerry Bold smart phone in Romania. BlackBerry Bold has been launched by leading telecommunications companies around the world. The deal is right on spot as previously it was only available for Orange corporate customers, but now it will be found in Orange storefronts which means that any customer can buy it from their nearest stores.

The BlackBerry Bold smart phone brings high-speed data transfer, integrated GPS, Wi-Fi, rich multimedia capabilities and much more for its business professionals and power users. Sleek and shiny BlackBerry Bold features a 2 megapixel camera which has a video recording capability, a built-in flash and digital zoom.  Blackberry Bold has an integrated GPS receiver which can pin point the exact location pointer. This integrated GPS can support variety of location-based applications and services. It also comes with BlackBerry Maps for easy access to directions.

Preloaded features includes DataViz  popular software application “Documents to Go” software suite by which Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files can be edited directly on the handset. BlackBerry Bold smart phone will provide wireless access to email, phone, calendar, web and many other business and lifestyle applications for orange users.
