Orange Pondering On Pulling BlackBerry Bold Forever

The giant European carrier Orange is in dilemma as its undecided on whether it should discontinue the Bold from its lineup due to several unresolved and ongoing “technical issues”. Orange employees who have been heavily involved with this issues state that the Bold has the highest return in its category. In October Orange momentarily relinquished sales of the Bold due to a high occurrence of dropped calls, crashes and piss-poor performance. However, after a better structured OS release from RIM was in place, Bold sales continued as they had left off.

The way it’s seen is if Orange officially decided to pull the Bold from its lineup then it would most likely remain invisible to consumers for the remainder of its marketable lifetime, thus this would cause RIM some hardship as Orange is one of the largest handset provider and carrier within Europe and other underlining countries. Good luck to Oranges Bold and we hope RIM and Orange can come to an agreement in order to properly address this issue.
