SanDisk introduced 16GB microSDHC and M2 memory cards for mobile phones

SanDisk doesn’t stop to improve its products with the capacity and brings the world’s largest mobile phone memories. According to company’s words the memory cards are able to work with video cameras, GPS receivers or MP3 players with a microSD slots as well as with mobile phones.

The 16GB microSDHC and 16GB Memory Stick Micro (M2) memory cards will be first available in the U.S. market through Verizon Wireless and Best Buy Mobile, for estimated price $99.99 for 16GB microSDHC and $129.99 for 16GB M2 card.

Best Buy Mobile stores will offer these cards in October while the Verizon Wireless stores in November. Non US markets may get these memory cards in 2009.
