Samsung’s Rugged A657 Mobile Phone Slotted For AT&T

Samsung and AT&T recently announced the latest Samsung a657 rugged phone, which features push-to-talk, a flashlight, and MIL-SPEC certification for protection against dust, shock, vibration, rain, humidity, radiation and extreme hot/cold temperatures.

The Samsung a657 is a mono-block style phone that comes with quad-band GSM/EDGE, dual-band 850/900 HSDPA, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, and built-in GPS radios. Besides, it also supports microSD cards up to 8GB, Java applications and many of AT&T’s services as well. It is currently available via AT&T’s business web site.
