Samsung to bring TouchWiz powered devices soon

If you remember TouchWiz customizable phone interface was a big hit when it first came in SGH-F480 and Samsung Omnia phones. Since then Samsung lovers have been waiting for new Samsung phone models with TouchWiz interface, so here it is! Samsung has announced the availability of their innovative TouchWiz powered phone models in the U.S. market. Launch date is still to be decided somewhere between Q4 2008 and Q1 2009.

Samsung TouchWiz user interface has widgets based system, by which users can customize and personalize their phone devices, the way they want to access their applications. Users only need to simply ‘drag and drop’ these widgets on the left side of home screen which provides one-touch access to users favorite and most commonly used applications and features. These pre-installed widgets include Web, Music player, Messaging, Instant Messaging, Bluetooth, Games, Calendar, Clock, Alarm Clock, Navigation Services and  Account info.
