Samsung Brings Out the Big Gun with the Pico Projector

Short as this phone accessory’s lifespan may be once it hits the market, we are trying to figure out what would be a good price range for this mobile image projector. Although no price has even been speculated, I’d say it’ll probably be in the higher range more than likely tip toeing in the USD 400-500 range as I’m sure Samsung will try to market this phone to corporate “slaves”.

The introduction of the Samsung Pico Projector accessory for mobile phones will be powered by a state-of-the art mobile imaging technology that can be found in DLP and HD TV’s. It will be able to connect to mobile phones and laptops via Texas Instruments DLP Pico chip. It can project images in sizes ranging from 8 x 11 Legal Standard sheet of paper for visibility on a 50-inch screen. With a simple shape and a sleek design giving light to touchpad controls on the right side of the device with the purpose of navigation. It holds a 2.2-inch QVGA LCD screen and supports the use of microSD cards up to 16GB of memory, it is also able to read and view PDF’s as well as other Microsoft Office documents.
