RIM Now Introduces BlackBerry Support Forums For Mobiles

RIM, forever on the lookout for creating something innovative, has now added a link from mobile.blackberry.com, which opens a mobile-friendly version of its support forums. Of course, this is the initial stage, so RIM has to continue to work on it, but on the whole, the company has definitely succeeded in its mission.

Right now, though, the topic titles seem to be cut off and it becomes very tough to make out what each topic is saying. But we are sure the makers of the BlackBerry smartphone will get around that problem soon. Goto mobile.blackberry.com from your smartphone’s browser and follow the link to the forums.
