Dear Sirs,
One month ago I purchased headphone SAMSUMG, model YA-BH270.
Now I feel frustrated as I do not know how to put it right again. It seems that was totally out of electricity, and I plug it with the USB in my Notebook, but did not see the red light which is transformed into blue.
I have tried also with a clip to set again pressing the bottom which is located below. I have done this with a clip and still do not work. I have plugged again to charge it though the USB of my Notebook and no lights can be obtained.
What can I do?
Please your news would be highly appreciated.

Hey James,
You might try to charge your headset by a samsung usb charger.
It seems that the battery of your gadget is badly depleted and needs stronger electric current to bring it back. Usually, the notebook usb port is not as strong as a normal charger, plugging directly to the socket, output capacity 5V 1A.
Just have a go and see how things are going.
Good luck!
George
