I just purchased the new anycall, haptic, Samsung, sch w420, sph w4200 in Korea. They say there are English instructions. I found out that only 3 pages are written in English with just basic menu information.
I need a complete user manual in English. Where can I find one. I would appreciate any assistance.

As I can see on the official Samsung’s site, unfortunately, there is available only a Korean manual.

This phone is available only in Korea…Have a look at any equivalents: Samsung Omnia or Samsung Tocco

This phone is supported GSM / 3gWCDMA Network . Unfortunately this phone has been locked to one operator SKT/KTF . But i can unlock it to use at any GSM network sim cart or 3G cart .

I have the Haptic (SCH-W420) for SKT that I purchased back in Korea and need to unlock it since I moved to my new home Mongolia. If anyone can help in UB I would be very thankful.
I know it has to be connected to Mobicom and that’s not a problem.

please help, im from the philippines bought a w420 english interface from a korean national but he doesn’t told the phone lock code.. i accidentally press the album and ask me for a lock code dont know what happened i cannot operate the phone because everytime i open it always ask for a lock code… anyone knows how to HARD RESET or the DEFAULT CODE of w420 or samsung anycall haptic… please… tnx.. edreab86@yahoo.com

Hey!
I’ve found a Chinese import company which imports and then exports the Samsung SCH-W420 (as well as the Haptic 2 SCH-W550 etc). Price is normal (around US$500+ and maybe up to US$600 if you get the pink or white versions… prices are subject to availability). I was wondering if anyone knew whether they are able to work in Australia, or any other country for that matter, with the SIM cards etc. If so, I can order a few, list them on eBay or something and ship them out to people.
