Akihabara News reports: “Samsung Electronics has released a new touch screen phone, the AnyCall Haptic (Model: SCH-W420, SPH-W4200). The top premium model in the AnyCall Series.”
“Among its new features, the latest UI is designed for users to enjoy visual, acoustic, and touch sensations. For example, an increase of volume triggers a cute sound and vibration similar to a real analog radio.”

I just purchased the new anycall, haptic, Samsung, sch w420, sph w4200 in Korea. They say there are English instructions. I found out that only 3 pages are written in English with just basic menu information.
I need a complete user manual in English. Where can I find one. I would appreciate any assistance.

As I can see on the official Samsung’s site, unfortunately, there is available only a Korean manual.
i Floyd, I was going to get it in Korea, too…but since you said there is no user manual in English, were you able to manipulate the phone without any instructions?..How much did you get it for?…email me back, will really appreciate it [itskoy@hotmail.com]
it’s not fair. the haptic sound so cool. I want one too. But it’s only available in korea. Please be available in united states. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

This phone is available only in Korea…Have a look at any equivalents: Samsung Omnia or Samsung Tocco

i just bought my haptic and i luv it its sooo easy you dont need a manual…

SCH-W420 has a better look than Omnia … when it will be available in US … can not wait
