KDDI to announce Pantech’s W62PT CDMA 1X WIN phone

Japan KDDI today announced availability of the Pantech W62PT CDMA phone for its customers. Adopting a 2.6″ QVGA TFT LCD main display with 240 × 320 pixels and a 1.2″ external one with 128 × 128 resolution, the W62PT features a 1.3 megapixel CMOS camera on the back side, and 2GB microSD card support.

Weighing about 124g and measuring 50 × 100 × 17.2 mm it provides approximately 260 minutes of talk time and about 360 hours of standby time. KDDI will begin to sell this phone tomorrow, August 30, in 3 color variants: silver, pink and gold, however no words about price was announced.
