HTC Touch Pro, BlackBerry 8220 Pearl Flip, And Others For US Cellular’s Network

Guys, it now looks like US Cellular is getting ready to offer some of today’s latest and hottest handsets to its customers. Some rumors seem to suggest that US Cellular’s product roadmap reportedly points to the HTC Touch Pro and the BlackBerry 8220 Pearl Flip, plus a few other entry-level to mid-range handsets, launching very soon, as early as over the next couple months or so.

We expect that the HTC Touch Pro will launch on April 17. The Touch Pro features a 2.8-inch VGA touchscreen, 3.2-megapixel camera, GPS, WiFi and slide-out QWERTY keyboard. This would be a welcome change for US Cellular, which is still stuck with the ancient HTC Mogul smartphone.

The BlackBerry 8220 Pearl Flip is expected to enter the market by mid-June. Besides the above, the Samsung Gloss U440, Samsung R311 and LG UX840 are also gearing up for launch on US Cellular.
