HTC’s Sense UI Will Not Come To “Google” Phones

We have got some interesting news for you from HTC. HTC is now looking to introduce its new Sense UI, the one that features on its new Hero smartphone, to non-Google branded, Android-powered devices, such as Roger Wireless’ Magic.

Of course, this means that smartphones that run on the “Google” branding, such as the T-Mobile G1 and the latest myTouch 3G will not be included in the bracket. This is because of certain licensing terms that prevent Microsoft Exchange clients running on these phones. Nevertheless, something tells us that it is not going to take much time for some hacker to fiddle with this condition and bypass the restriction soon enough….. What do you guys think?

What the hell is going on.. I have been told by T-Mobile that they have stopped production on the White G1..I’m gutted, in fact I wont be moving to T-Mobile or get the G1 I wanted so bad, and tried to get all week. I will buy a second hand WHITE G1 and have it unlocked and go to O2 for spite.. At least I can show how pissed off I am…No White G1 indeed..disgusted.
