Hi guys, am back after two whole days. The reason? Heavy rains in Mumbai (or Bombay) had disrupted everything, including my Internet connection. Anyways, I’m certainly glad to be back at work, bringing you the latest mobile news yet again!
After a long wait, AT&T has finally launched the Sony Ericsson C905a. This 3G device will be on sale on July 19. Specs of this dumbphone include an 8.1MP camera with Xenon flash, red-eye reduction and face detection.
We have for you today an unboxing video of the device, plus a two-part walkthrough. Take a look and tell us what you think.
Just take a look at the pic below and you’ll wonder just why we even bothered to bring you a post on this ridiculous-looking retro phone. Here is one hell of a low-resolution picture of what is alleged to be the Sony Ericsson “Bao” flip phone.
We sincerely hope SE changes their mind about bringing this phone to the market – it would be nothing short of committing professional suicide. Nothing else is known about this horrendous thing other than it is very, very different from the normally suave and stylish SE phones. Anyway, we will bring you more news as and when we get it. So stay tuned.
The latest smartphone rumor surfacing today is that the first Android smartphone from Sony Ericsson is known as Rachel. This carries the Xperia brand name with it. When it finally comes out, it might have the same feel as the HTC, with a custom UI, running the Android OS.
Rachel, it is believed, will be powered by the very latest 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and will include a stunning 8MP camera among other features. Additionally, it is said to have 3 hardware keys below the touchscreen as well.
