Be more swift with new LG Swift for Alltel

First handset with Fastap Press-to-Experience keys was announced by LG and Alltel today. The dedicated keys on the front of the Swift allow user to access quickly to your favorite music and play it on a dual speaker system.

The Swift also has a 1.3 megapixel camera supporting video capturing, stereo Bluetooth connectivity and a microSD slot. This stylish flip phone is available in red or blue scheme for 50 USD with a new customer agreement and after rebates.

Alltel to bring TouchWiz technology to its users with Delve SCH-r800 by Samsung

As we mentioned a few days ago, Samsung has prepared its TouchWiz technology for U.S. market and it seems that Alltel Wireless could be the first carrier which will sell a handset with that feature. Beside the TouchWiz technology which is used on 3 inches 262k color TFT touch-screen, the Delve phone has a virtual QWERTY keyboard, and ‘drag and drop’ widgets for a customizable user interface.

The handset also features a 2 megapixel camera on the back with a video capability, a MP3 player for playing your favorite music, Bluetooth with A2DP profile and microSD support. The Delve provides about 5 hours of talk and 14 days of standby. Other features are a built-in GPS, 3.5 mm headset jack, and Alltel’s services like Alltel Pic Transfer, Alltel Mobile Advisor, City Id, Collapse Chaos and Wallpaper Universe.

For pre-sale it’s already available at alltel.com for $199.99 after $100 mail in rebate but customers who want to wait a little more days can get it at retail stores on November 6.

LG’s new Rhythm is exclusively sold through Alltel Wireless. The new sleek slider is dedicated to music lovers who wait from their device an advanced music system. The Rhythm is also equipped with FM transmitter to stream tracks to a car stereo or other receiver from up to 10 feet away, 3.5 mm jack, and a MP3 player.

The phone is ideal for work as well as for playing your favorite music. It carries 2″ LCD screen, 1.3 megapixel camera with zoom and camcorder, Bluetooth 2.0 and microSD support up to 16 GB. In two color designs – black and white it’s available for $119.99 after $50 mail-in-rebate and a 2-year contract.

Alltel launches iTunes on its phones

Alltel has added new iTunes service, the nuTsie to its offered phones. This service now allows users to listen music from iTunes libraries as well as share favorite music with friends over mobile phones. The nuTsie is supported by phones including: MOTORAZR V3m and V3c, MOTOKRZR K1m, MOTORAZR V9m and MOTOROKR Z6m, LG AX565, LG Wave, LG AX8600, Samsung Muse, Samsung Hue and Samsung Wafer.

Another handsets will be added soon. For those who are interested in this service can get it for $4.99 a month or $19.99 for one year at Alltel Shop located on the handset.
