Motorola has unveiled the PEBL 3G phone 4 days ago in Korea with the sophisticated purple design. Friends from AVING have spent a time with this “cutie” and took a few nice pictures. Featuring a hidden touch-sensitive external display, the PEBL is equipped with a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth and MP3 media support. It can look like a “lady’s thing” but honestly, I would like to get one if it wasn’t available only for Korean users.

NTT DOCOMO announced availability of a new addition to its range of cellphones, the LG L706ie, which will be launched on Friday, August 1st. The new L706ie sports a 2.4″ 262k QVGA / TFT LCD internal screen with 320 × 240 pixels and a 1.3″ 65k TFT LCD external screen with 128 × 160 pixels resolution. On the top of the phone you can find a 1.3 megapixel CMOS camera with auto focus. The L706ie works with W-CDMA and GSM system, and provides approximately 300 hours of standby time and approximately 150 minutes of talk time. The phone also enables TV for approximately 100 minutes. Customers can make 3 color choices: Gold, Pink or White. No words about pricing were announced, but it will be available simultaneously at all DOCOMO dealers.

Pantech today announced that its 3G Smartphone, the C810 Duo will be available in Mexico through TELCEL. The Pantech Duo, powered by Windows Mobile 6, is a two way QWERTY slider working with quad-band GPRS/EDGE and dual-band UMTS/HSDPA (850/1900Mhz). The C810 Duo also features a 2.2″ 262K QVGA LCD TFT display with 240×320 pixels, 1.3 megapixel camera, MP3, AAC, AAC+, MPEG4, H.263, WMA and WMV file support, USB and Bluetooth connectivity, 50MB of internal memory and microSD card support. Pricing has not been announced.

HTC Touch Dual has been already announced a month ago in Korea, but it goes for sale right now. Exclusively for SK Telecom customers, the Touch Dual 3G Smartphone features a 2.8″ Touch screen, 2 megapixel camera and is powered by Windows Mobile 6.1.
