My Name is Shonda Holman I'm writing to you in regards to my bill. I was overly charged on june and july's statement. Never have I experienced any problems in the pass with overages being charged to my account until this bankruptcy that amp'd is filing for which I had no recolation . My bill averages me now $95.00 a month for two lines have not gone over my minutes for the month of 06/07 & 07/07 combined should be $213 after speaking with Nicole one of the reps. Now my bill is $1,587!!! can you please tell me how this happened? Mr.Franklin please help me with this big problem that no one could seem to help me with after speaking with the 2nd rep. Melissa.
