We had recently brought you a video teaser on the second-generation LG Chocolate phone, the LG BL40 (click here for original post). Now, here are some more photos of the device, a graceful, long and slender chocolate bar with LG’s S-Class UI.
Other specs of this phone include HSDPA, 5MP camera with LED flash, WiFi and FM Radio. But hey, what’s that in the bottommost photo? It’s yet another phone with a strikingly similar design, only, it’s shorter than the one seen above. So does that mean we have a bonus second-gen Chocolate phone?

The latest smartphone making waves is the LG GW600 for AT&T. This good-looking Windows Mobile powered device includes a 20-key layout, WiFi, 3G and GPS. The good news here is that the phone has passed the FCC, which means, we are sure to hear more about this cutie very soon.
The FCC manual mention handwriting support, but we cannot confirm this might be true just as yet. So we are just waiting for this one to feature on AT&T or eBay or something like that.

NTT DOCOMO has officially announced at a press conference that it is developing the SOLAR HYBRID, which is a solar-powered and water-resistant cell phone. This device will be available for sales at all Japanese DOCOMO channels in September this year. The SOLAR HYBRID can be charged both with electrical power as well as by sunlight. Even with all the battery power drained out, the phone needs only ten minutes of being under the sun to provide about a minute of talktime.
Other specs of the device include an 8MP camera, which can take clear photos even in dim lighting. The SOLAR HYBRID can be immersed for up to 30 minutes in up to one meter of water, so this can be carried around practically anywhere. This device will be shown off at the DOCOMO Wireless Japan 2009, which will take place in Tokyo from July 22 to 24.
