RUMOR: Palm Pre Will Come To Best Buy Mobile On June 7th

We have heard so many rumors about the Palm Pre smartphone by now, we simply do not know if we should publish anymore, really. The latest rumor is regarding the Pre and Best Buy. It seems as though one of their sources has delivered some info putting the Palm Pre at Best Buy (in very limited numbers, 4,500 units to be exact) on June 7th.

Best Buy Mobile could begin selling the units on the 7th at the following price points:
· 2-year contract: $199.99
· Existing customer upgrade: $299.99
· Outright: $999.99 (whoa!)

The pricing, it is believed, is still in discussion, so these numbers could very well change (and probably will change) before the Pre hits the shelves. This is only at rumor stage right now, but do store the info for probable future use.
