8 megapixels Samsung SGH-t929 Memoir hits T-Mobile stores

Samsung together with T-Mobile today launched a long time rumored 8 megapixel touch screen phone, the Samsung Memoir. The Memoir is equipped with a touch display which features Samsung’s TouchWiz technology providing a virtual QWERTY keyboard; Bluetooth; built-in a-GPS; a full HTML browser and support for 3G networks.

Well, we know, there is not much information about this new 8MP “cutie” but we hope it will be available soon and for a good price.

HTC Dream (G1 phone) goes to Australia and Singapore

HTC today announced availability of its G1 phone (HTC Dream) in Australia through Optus and Singapore via SingTel. The HTC Dream sports a QWERTY keyboard, a large touch-screen, 3.2MP camera, Wi-Fi, HTML browser, and many other services.

Optus will sell it from 16 February 2009 starting from $59 per month. Singapore’s SingTel has not unveiled its availability and pricing yet.
