Goldstriker, the world’s largest online boutique for lifestyle luxury items, has now announced the Nokia’s “Princess Edition” of mobile phones. These new diamond-encrusted phones are absolutely stunning, are exclusive and understandably, cost a small fortune. The Nokia 8800 Princess Edition will be available in January 2009, for a whopping 12,000GBP, which is approximately US $17785.
The Nokia Princess Edition is all decked up and “blinged” with 8.2 carats worth diamonds both on the front and back of the device. For those who think a leather finish is passé, this mobile phone offers a solid platinum finish. As if that still is not enough, each phone is securely housed in fashionable handmade, leather-lined marble or granite boxes.
The Nokia 8800 Princess Edition is to be launched in the high-end Colette store in Paris. For those of you who can afford it, do hop into France and pick up the dream piece. For those who cannot, take your first peek at royalty, right here, and drool away!
The HTC Touch Viva is Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional smartphone featuring 2.8″ QVGA display, a 2 megapixel camera, aGPS and WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0, and microSD expandable memory slot. It measures 104.5 x 59 x 15.75 mm and weighs about 110g.
Your relationship with Sprint has soon enough become a scornful one as you’ve begun to argue back and forth with them (or yourself) on how it’s possible that you can’t use a better and more advanced phone from another carrier with Sprint, and if you want a new phone you’d either have to extend your contract or reach deep into your possibly not so steep pockets and pay the full price. However, at this point you’d rather pry away from Sprints jaws then further deal with their antics. Only one problem, you have to pay an early termination fee!
Fear no more! Because the day of your freedom has arrived! You’re able to get out of your contract with Sprint because they’re in material breach of contract; in laymen’s terms this simply means that if you’re persistent enough with Sprints dreadful customer service then they should allow you to end your contract. The only catch to this is that it has to be done by the end of this year. However, persistence and right timing is a small price to pay from freedom from this cellular giant.
ZTE takes a bow yet again. The FCC includes the ZTE e810 in its latest list of mobile phones. This new smartphone has a QWERTY-style keyboard for ease of typing out a message and offers connectivity via tri-band GPRS and EDGE support, 1.3MP camera, microSD slot for extended memory and runs on a powerful 1100 mAh battery.
The ZTE e810 is not a touchscreen mobile, but it is powered by Windows Mobile and supports Bluetooth and GPS. Strangely enough, this mobile phone has also been spotted in the Vodafone site in the avatar of the Vodafone 1230+/1231+.
Interestingly, this phone, though high-end looking, is not a 3G phone and does not support Wi-Fi. Appearances are deceptive, what say? Anyways, the ZTE e810 is said to be hitting the American mobile market soon enough. So let us wait and watch what happens next.
