i-mate and Japan Communications Inc. recently announced their plans to release the i-mate Ultimate 8502 smartphone, for the first ever time in Japan. i-mate has now received the JATE/TELEC certifications necessary to launch its product in the world’s most advanced cellular market. JCI has been actively supporting i-mate for a long time and will now be the pioneer company to introduce the Ultimate 8502 smartphone in this country.
