AT&T and Pantech have been working hard in order to develop and prepare the Pantech Duo C810’s successor. The Duo 2 offers Windows Mobile 6.1, it also features Pantech’s dual sliding mechanism as previously seen on the Pantech Helio Ocean.
The new Duo will proudly display the model number C820, and has been said to feature a well-rounded black casing that’s said to jog our memory of the older but innovative Motorola MPx200. We’ve also been told that the all smooth dual sliding feel is “excellent”.
The Duo showcases a well-illuminated numeric and QWERTY key pad, with the apparent QWERTY side being the easiest to use of the two. It’ll have a 2.4-inch QVGA screen and the all so proprietary charge/sync connector paired along with a convenient microSD slot accompanied by a protective hard plastic cover.
The unveiled C820 seamlessly upgrades from a 1.3 to a 2 megapixel camera and offers the all new powerful version of Windows Mobile 6.1.
The Sway by Samsung is exclusively available for Verizon Wireless carrying a 2.2 inch display, a 2 megapixel camera with camcorder ability, microSD support up to 8GB, Instant Messaging as well as video and picture messaging.
