O2 Ireland customers to get prepaid iPhone 3G

Apple iPhone 3G continues on its way around the world and reaches every markets with its rich multimedia functions. O2 Ireland has decided to launch iPhone 3G with a prepaid service which will be available this Monday (Aug 13th).

Featuring a 3.5″ touchscreen display, 2 megapixel camera and Wi-Fi support, the iPhone 3G will be sold in 2 versions: 8GB at price 529 EUR and 16GB for 599 EUR. O2 also includes an access to Bitbuzz WiFi network for a year.

Yahoo! introduces voice-enabled Go 3.0 for S60 devices

Yahoo! has released its Go 3.0 for Symbian S60 devices by integrating a voice-enabled search engine into its most used smartphone platform. With the new version once installed on device the application can be started from home screen. Before that Yahoo! OneSearch with voice was available on the BlackBerry Pearl, BlackBerry Curve and the BlackBerry 8800 series.

Yahoo! has actually worked on bringing the voice enables search which Vlingo has recently voice-enabled the Yahoo! OneSearch application. This search application would work fast and would not need much of input rather all it needs is you to just speak and the application will bring out the results for you.

With the voice-enabled version users can search for anything including flight numbers, locations, web site names, local restaurants, and more, by simply speaking. Learn more here.
