Sprint today introduced one more device, the Motorola MOTORAZR VE20. The VE20 comes with one-touch access to the music player, text inbox and menu controls from its vivid external display. The clamshell sports a 2.0 megapixel camera and video camcorder, built-in media player with microSD card slot, Sprint Navigation with GPS-enabled audio.
The MOTORAZR VE20 same like the Katana Eclipse has the access to AOL, Yahoo!, Gmail and corporate email. Its other features are 2.2” 262K-color TFT internal display with 240 x 320 pixels and 1.6” 65K-color CSTN one with 120 x 60 pixels, Alarm clock, Calendar, Calculator, World Clock. With dimensions 2.0 x 3.9 x 0.6 inches and 3.5 oz weight it offers up to approximately 4.0 hours of talk time. No words about pricing and availability were announced.

T-Mobile never stays away from bringing new phones for its users. This time the rumors are that T-Mobile is bringing another phone for its US subscribers. Samsung T919 with black front and brushed aluminum back which is an iPhone alike handset will be coming soon and will be come under the brand name of “Roxy” or the “Tocco”. Samsung T919 would be a touch screen phone which will support 1700MHz WCDMA.
Samsung T919 will feature a 5 megapixel camera with email and streaming video facility, GPS, microSD with 16 GB memory. Although its still not confirmed that if it will include WiFi connectivity. There are also mixed rumors on the availability of its 3G functionality however the picture clearly shows the front camera.

Sprint today introduced its first multimedia phone combining light effects with advanced speeds, the Sanyo Katana Eclipse. The phone offers an unique lighting effects (up to 40) to specific who calls you or message you. The Eclipse is also equipped with GPS navigation, a web browser, and on-demand TV.
On the back you can locate a 1.3 megapixel camera with 12x zoom and video camcoder. Built-in memory support is for 8GB microSDHC cards (256MB included). Its dimensions are 3.6 x 1.9 x 0.7 inches and weighs about 3.4 oz. The Eclipse has two displays: internal one 2.0” 65K color TFT LCD (176×220) and external one 1.0”.
With this phone you can also access to your email like AOL, Yahoo!, Gmail as well as corporate email. A lithium ion (LiIon) battery which comes with this handset provides up to 4.6 hours continuous talk time. Price and availability of this new device have not been announced yet.

Sanyo Katana Eclipse
Toshiba launched its new 1-Seg 3G phone on August 16 in Japan market through SoftBank Mobile. The device is equipped with a 2 megapixel CMOS camera, 2.8″ TFT LCD QVGA main display with 240 × 400 pixels and 0.6″ two-color organic EL sub display with 62 × 14 pixel resolution.
The 823T works with W-CDMA system and provides 180 minutes of talk time and 440 hours of standby time. Other features are 50 × 103 × 17.5mm size and 119g weight, microSD card support up to 2 GB, GPS, Bluetooth, and a music player. The phone is available in 4 colors: black, navy blue, red and silver.
