Motorola today announced the PEBL 3G phone in pretty purple color which gives the phone a nice look. The PEBL is equipped with a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, VOD, MOD and MP3 media support. The handset works with 7.2Mbps HSDPA network and provides high quality sound with the 3.5mm stereo headset jack. And of course, the new Motorola PEBL is only available for Korean SKT customers. No words about pricing were announced.

Samsung’s new INNOV8 i8510 is powered by Symbian S60 3rd Edition and works in GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz) and UMTS/HSDPA (900/2100MHz). The i8510 includes DivX, WMA, H.264 video codec support without any file conversion to play with dual speakers and DNSe (Digital Natural Sound Engine) 3D sound engine. The 2.9″ QVGA display provides 16 million colors, the 8 megapixel camera is equipped with an auto focus and image stabilization, blink, and face detection.
The i8510 handset has a built-in GPS receiver, which geotaging photos with location information. Other features are FM radio, 16GB built-in memory and microSD support, 3D graphic chipset module, Bluetooth 2.0 and Wi-fi. Its dimensions are 106.5 x 53.9 x 16.9mm.

Samsung INNOV8 i8510
Nokia and Qualcomm have agreed to co-operation on various standards including GSM, EDGE, CDMA, WCDMA, HSDPA, OFDM, WiMax, LTE and other technologies. The 15 year agreement grants all Qualcomm’s patents for use in Nokia’s mobile devices and Nokia Siemens Networks infrastructure equipment.
“We believe that this agreement is positive for the industry, enabling the market to benefit from innovation and new technologies,” said Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo, CEO of Nokia Corporation. “The positive financial impact of this agreement is within Nokia’s original expectations and fully reflects our leading intellectual property and market positions.”
The financial structure of the settlement includes an up-front payment and on-going royalties payable to Qualcomm. Nokia has agreed to assign ownership of a number of patents to Qualcomm, including patents declared as essential to WCDMA, GSM and OFDMA.
Fly together with Opera announced partnership to pre-install Opera Mini on Fly’s newest handset, the E310 Attitude. With the Opera Mini, users will be able to browse web, check news, e-mails or social networks. The E310 Attitude is a slider touchscreen phone with a 3.2 megapixel camera supporting video recording. A large 2.4″ TFT display provides 262K colors with 240×320 pixels resolution. The E310 works with GSM850/900/DCS1800/1900 network, and provides 5.5 hours of talk time and 500 hours of standby time thanks to a 750 mAh Li-ion battery. This phone also enables mobile internet – E-mail client, WAP 2.0, GPRS class 12, GPRS modem and OTA support. Weighing 115g its dimensions are 106 × 52.5 × 12.4 mm. In multimedia category the E310 provides many features: Audio player, Video player, FM radio, Games, Photoeditor, Dictophone, TV-out, Notebook, Graphic editor.
The Fly E310 handset is available in the United Kingdom, Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), with a pre-installed Opera Mini browser available in all the local languages. Pricing has not been announced yet.
